A Community Prayer Breakfast

Join us for a community prayer breakfast honoring our North Tulsa Jewels — senior citizens 80 and older whose lives, faith, memories, and contributions are part of the story of North Tulsa. We'll gather for breakfast, prayer, fellowship, and a morning of celebration as we give our elders their flowers and spend time together as a community.

The Story
These are the seniors who carried this community through everything it has faced, who raised families, built businesses, and kept faith when it would have been easier not to. Many of them have never been publicly thanked for it. This Thursday, October 8th, we are changing that.
Join us from 9:00 to 11:00 in the morning at First Baptist Church North Tulsa for a morning of prayer, celebration, and gratitude, as we honor these elders by name, in front of the community they helped build.
This breakfast is also the beginning of something lasting. Black Wall Street Tours is recording and preserving the stories of North Tulsa's elders, so their voices, their histories, and their contributions are never lost. You can be part of that work in three ways: place an ad in our program booklet, reserve a Community Table for ten guests, or give directly to our preservation fund. Every contribution helps ensure these stories, and the people who carried them, are honored not just this Thursday, but for good.
