"Tracking Our Moccasins"

The story of our presence in the Tulsa area has its roots with the Cherokee and Creek Indian tribes of Northeastern Oklahoma living with former slaves.  The trading of buffalo pelts, wild game meat, and grain was a staple for what would later become OW Gurley's Trading Post founded in 1906.
